· INTRODUCTION

· INGREDIENTS
- Bread corners small pieces
- Chopped onion
- Chopped tomato
- Chopped beat root
- Curry leaves
- Chopped carrot
- Chopped capsicum
- Ginger, garlic and chilli paste
- Masala peanuts
- Cumin seeds
- Sesame seeds
· RECIPE
- Take 2 tbsp oil add sesame seeds then add cumin seeds and also add hing.
- Cook for 1 minute and add ginger, garlic and chilli paste
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Add onion and saute for 5 to 6 minutes
- After 5 minutes add all veges curry leaves, beat root, carrot.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add tomato and capsicum
- Salt as per taste
- Let the tomato get soft
- Add 2 tbsp red chilli powder or as per taste
- Mix and again cook for 2 to 3 minutes
- Now add bread corners and mix well
- You can also add water, butter milk or curd optional but add just 2 to 3 tbsp
- Now add masala peanuts
- Cook for 2 minutes
