- This easy (one-bowl!) Eggless Chocolate Cake is a simple vegan recipe you’re sure to come back to time and again. Unbelievably soft and light, you won’t believe that this decadent, chocolatey sponge cake is actually made with healthy whole wheat flour.
· Ingerdients
Chopped dry fruits
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
1 eno packet
2 packets of any chocolate biscuits (hide & seek)
¼ cup oil

First crush biscuits and now add oil now add slowly and mix. Make fine better of biscuit by adding milk without any lumps then add Eno and mix well. Now cover and rest for 10 minutes. Pre-heat pan adds salt and stands to bake the cake. Grease cake mould and also spread some menda(all-purpose flour). Now add cake better to mould and tap to remove bubbles. Sprinkle dry fruits and chocos on top. Keep the cake in the pan and cover it. Bake for 40 minutes on low flame check once or twice in between. Once it cools then remove the cake from the mould. Remove slowly so it doesn’t break. Do icing as you like…Ready to serve chocolate cake without oven, without egg and also very easy to make…
