- Paneer – 1 cup grated
- Cheese – 1 cup Cubes
- Dried Oregano – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
- All Purpose Flour / Maida 1 Cup
- Oil for deep frying
- 1cup gram flour/ besan
- 500 gm boiled and mashed potato
- Half lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Onion chopped
- Chopped green chillis
- Coriander

Take all the ingredients and mix all (potato, paneer, salt, chili flakes, oregano, lemon juice, sugar, all-purpose flour, gram flour, onion, chillis, and coriander) and make proper dough don’t add water.
